The farm will provide fresh fruit and vegetable's and freerange meat's to the local food banks, soup kitchens, churches that serve meals and any food pantry with in a 100 miles of the farm. There will be seasonal jobs for up to 25 staff members with field and office work a like. The Farm project is to help other countrys to see how we develope our off the grind independent farm useing as much natraul resorces as possible. The main crop focus out side of produce will be Lavender which will off set the exspense of running the farm. Why Lavender lavender is a international product that is used for over 100 consumer products from medicine to soap and cooking. We will harvest and teach all staff members how to collect seed of evey crop so we can send our crop program to other country's tha are having a shortage of food and water issuse. With proceeds from the farm we will also open our own food bank in lakeview, OR which will serve the klamath,bly,lakeview area's six days a week with no questions asked if your in need of food for your table. The food bank will provide fresh produce and meats from the farm and any can goods will come from donations.
